My Thoughts are not your thoughts

My thoughts are not God’s thoughts – but I sincerely want them to be!  Lord teach me how to ‘bring every thoughts into captivity’ and Lord, teach me what are those ‘things which are above’.

  1. Amen, I so often have to remind myself that I don’t see what He sees, I don’t hear what He’s telling my loved ones in their difficult times. I don’t know their heart like He does. He allows the impossibly hard circumstances so that they will realize there is no other way than His way. The way of truth, the way of surrender.
Even for myself, to daily surrender to Him is a choice I don’t always make. Then I end up with the consequences of not surrendering to Him. But He always forgives and draws me back into fellowship. He is good and loving and kind.

  2. Hope your back is doiing better, Ive been praying. Did you get to go see Michael yet. We had a good day at church and also celebrated my youngest 35th birthday. Boy am I getting old. Well, thats the only way I get to see my grandkids get saved and serve the Lord. In that case, getting old is not too bad. ss
